We would like to inform you about an issue that occurred during the Carnations Event, which was scheduled to run until June 1st.
We have confirmed that Carnation items are not dropping as intended, even though the Luck Shop remains accessible.
This issue stems from a system error that prevents the item from being acquired through gameplay.
While a fix would normally require a server maintenance, we have decided not to interrupt your gameplay.
Instead, we have prepared compensation to ensure that all Heroes receive the event benefits as planned.

• Item: Carnation x2,000
Please check your in-game mailbox to receive the compensation.
In addition, we have identified an issue where Guardians on the same faction and certain monsters may occasionally block the movement of your character.
A patch is scheduled to be applied to resolve this issue.
Once the patch is completed, the problem will be resolved either by changing maps or by updating the client via the Google Play Store.
