We would like to provide you with a follow-up notice regarding the actions taken after the emergency maintenance conducted on April 29.
Following the April 24 update, we identified an issue where certain items were incorrectly changed to different items during faction transfers.
In response, emergency maintenance and a thorough investigation were conducted.
We have reviewed all items that were changed during faction transfers,
and carefully verified all item change records to ensure they were not intended system changes.
Additionally, we cross-verified all usage records of Faction Transfer Tickets,
and have completed the restoration of all affected items to their original state before the faction transfer occurred.
However, during this process, we identified additional issues related to certain accounts.
We are currently conducting further investigations into these accounts.
We are working as quickly as possible to complete the verification and restoration process,
and we will provide a prompt update once the work is fully completed.
We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused,
and we promise to continue doing our utmost to provide a more stable and trustworthy service.
