Operational policy
1. General
1) This Operational policy applies to the (TwelveSky M1) Game service.
2) Operational policies serve to supplement the matters set forth in the Terms of use and contain the Company's standards for operating the Service, including the effects of violations of the Terms of use by users (hereinafter referred to as "sanctions"), procedures for appealing sanctions, recovery policies, and other matters that users should be aware of while using the Service.
3) Entory (hereinafter referred to as the Company) may change the Operational policy from time to time to provide better services, and notify users of the changes in a way that they can easily recognize (official Home page, community announcements in cafes and Games, email notifications, in-service messages, etc.
2. sanctions/reports, appeals, and customer support
1) If a Member becomes aware of, or is harmed by, another Member's violation of the Terms, Operational policies, or is otherwise harmed by such violation, the Member may report it to the Company.

2) Investigations may take some time after a report is made, and in some cases may be reinvestigated.
3) Associated Accounts may be temporarily restricted while we investigate your report through Customer Service, for a period not to exceed 3 months.
4) Members may submit various inquiries, requests, suggestions, and appeals related to the services of TwelveSky M1 Game, including Account theft, bad user reports, etc. through the official cafe and CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Game.
- Reporting, inquiries, and appeals are described below.

⟶ Users can make various inquiries, requests, suggestions, and appeals related to Account, including TwelveSky M1 Game services, and sanctions through 1:1 inquiries in the official cafe and Game.

⟶ Users can make various inquiries, requests, suggestions, and appeals related to Game services, including Account theft, bad user reports, and sanctions through the CUSTOMER SERVICE in the official cafe and Game.
5) If the Member's appeal is deemed reasonable, the Company will immediately lift the sanctions applied to the Member and reinstate the adjusted Items, etc.
6) You have up to 15 days to report "Account Theft" and investigate the damage, including the date the "Account Theft" damage occurred.
7) You have 15 days from the time of the sanction to appeal.
3. (TwelveSky M1) Operational standards and special policies
1) The Company shall do its best to prevent acts that violate the Terms and Operational policies and provide smooth Game services.
2) The Company does not intervene in disputes between members from a neutral position; however, if the dispute between members involves acts that violate the Terms and Operational policy or acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Game service, the Company may take necessary measures after reviewing the matter from a neutral position.
3) The Company shall safely handle Members' Personal Info and Credit Info in accordance with the laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy. The Company and its employees and operators shall not request or disclose any personal information, account information, passwords, etc. of Members except as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
4) The Company receives reports of bugs and errors that occur in the Game Service through the CUSTOMER SERVICE and community sites, etc. and endeavors to promptly handle them.
5) The Company may ask you to verify the identity of your Account if it is necessary to protect your Account and stabilize the Game service.
6) The Company, its employees, and operators may provide limited or no answers to questions about updates, development directions, Etc. that cannot be disclosed due to the nature of the Game.
4. Name management criteria
1) "Name" means any type of name (Nickname, Character name, etc.) that a member sets directly to identify a character, Item, organization, etc. within the Game service.
2) In principle, members are free to set their own name.
3) Notwithstanding Paragraph 2, the use of the following names is restricted, and the Company may change the names at its discretion. In addition, sanctions may be applied for the act of using the following names.
- Names that may be offensive or sexually degrading to others
- Names that contain profanity and vulgarity, advertising, or sexually explicit content
- Racial and sexist names
- ④ A name that we believe is intended to disparage, insult, or defame a particular person, group, organization, region, religion, etc.
- a name that impersonates the company, its employees or officials, or its operators
- ⑥ A name that hints at the intention to develop an Account or exchange Items for cash or in-kind
- ⑦ A name that you believe may infringe on a third party's trademark, copyright, or otherwise cause damage
- ⑧ Names prohibited by the Terms

- ⑩ Partially modifying a name that is prohibited, or changing the spelling of a name that falls under the above, or combining different characters before or after the name.
5. sanctions policy
1) The types of sanctions are Next.
- Permanent ban: A sanction that permanently restricts the use of all Games and related services provided by the Company.
- Permanent restriction of use of the Game: (TwelveSky M1) This is a sanction that permanently restricts the use of the Game and related services.
- ③ Game Period Usage Restriction: (TwelveSky M1) This is a sanction that restricts the use of the Game and related services for a certain period of time.
- ④ Warning: Permanent or temporary sanctions such as temporary access to the Game, Chat bans, behavioral restrictions, forced character name changes, GM/CM cautions, and advisories.
- ⑤ Adjusting Items, etc.: This is a sanction that deletes Character Info, Items, Paid Content, etc. related to violations of the Terms of Service, or changes their Quantity or nature.
- ⑥ IP Block: A sanction that restricts access to the Game or service from a specific IP.
2) If the Company imposes sanctions pursuant to Paragraph 1, it may recover or adjust the profits (Items, EXP, etc.) related to the violation of the Terms of use, and for violations of the Terms of use where it is difficult to calculate the related profits, such as bug abuse or use of illegal programs, it may Reset the Game usage Info or restrict the use and access environment of some contents.
3) All liability for violations of the Terms that occur during Account theft or Account sharing due to reasons attributable to the Member shall be borne by the Member who is the party who violates the Terms and the Member who is the Account holder, and sanctions may be applied to both parties' Accounts.
4) If two or more violations of the Terms are identified at the same time, the Company may combine the sanctions applicable to each.
5) The Company may apply sanctions for violation of the Terms of Service to any member who fabricates or colludes in the violation of the Terms of Service by another member, or to any member who assists in the violation of the Terms of Service or takes unfair advantage thereof. If a Member acquires an Item acquired by another Member in violation of the Terms and Conditions with knowledge of the circumstances or acquires it gratuitously and without knowledge of the circumstances, the Company may recover the relevant Item, and the Company shall not be liable for any compensation and recovery.
6) The sanction reasons and sanctions are based on the Sanction Guidelines in Article 6. However, the sanctions may be weaker than the sanctions set forth in the sanctions table.
7) Even if it is not listed in the sanction table in Article 6, sanctions may be applied for acts that violate the Terms and related laws and regulations according to their severity.

1) The period and method of restriction may be changed arbitrarily at the discretion of the management.
2) Repeated, malicious duplication of cases may result in aggravated bans.
3) All goods and property acquired by using fraudulent methods such as 'fraud and system error' or 'abuse of bugs' or 'canceling payment using open market abuse' will be recovered, and even if the user who used fraudulent methods in this process acquired goods and property through normal payment and trade, all goods and property will be recovered, and the company will not be responsible for recovery and compensation.
4) If any of the secondary works (including broadcasts on YouTube, Africa, Twitch, etc.) contain advertisements (fostering, banners, etc.) related to refunds/proxy purchases, all characters used in such broadcasts will be sanctioned in accordance with the 'Open Market Abuse' section of the 'Sanction Criteria Table'.
5) Even if the above items are not applicable, the use of the service may be restricted based on the objective judgment of the management.
7. Long Term Disconnected Account Policy
1) The Company may Delete Account info or Character name of an Account (hereinafter referred to as "Long Term Disconnected Account") that meets the following conditions for service improvement and smooth Game operation.
- More than 6 months have passed since TwelveSky M1's last Game access date
- End of paid service period of TwelveSky M1
2) If the Company deletes the Account info of a Character in a long-term disconnected Account, the Company will notify the schedule and contents of the Game info deletion in advance through a Notice.
3) Characters and Character names that are Deleted under the Long Term Disconnected Account policy cannot be recovered.
8. recovery policy
1) Loss or change of game usage information (Info such as Items, game money, scores, achievements, Levels, etc. acquired by the member in the process of using the Game service) caused by reasons attributable to the company or technical errors of the Game service can be restored within the limits that do not burden the game balance if it is possible to check the in-game records due to the current technology of the information and communication service.
2) If you are unable to proceed with the quest due to a technical error of the Game service, we will do our best to help you proceed with the quest to the extent that the current technology of the information and communication service allows us to check the in-game records. If necessary, we can recover quest items or change Character Info.
3) Members who wish to recover under Paragraph 1 or 2 must apply for recovery through the CUSTOMER SERVICE within 7 days from the date of loss or change of Game usage Info.
4) The application for recovery under Paragraph 3 must be submitted by the person whose Account info has been lost or changed, and proxy submission by a third party is not allowed.
5) The Company may modify or change the contents of the Game Service through patches or updates if technically necessary for operation, and recovery is limited for modification, change, or deletion of the Member's Game Usage Info caused by such modification, change, or deletion. In addition, paid content may also be modified, changed, or deleted if deemed necessary for game planning or operation (such as game balancing), and at this time, the Company shall compensate the Customer with other items of similar value that can be used within the Game, and the Customer may not make a separate claim for damages in connection with such Company's actions.
6) Loss or change of Game usage Info in each of the following items is not subject to recovery or compensation.
- ① Damage caused by the member's own negligence or failure to understand the Game system, Notice, Terms and Operational policy, etc.
- Damage caused by the member's normal use of Game services such as Trade, Store, etc.
- ③ Any damage caused by using the Game service in a way that is not recognized by the Company, such as trading or sharing of Items and Accounts.
- ④ Damage caused by device changes or device resets
- ⑤ Damages caused by not carefully checking Trade Info such as Item name, price, number, etc. when registering/selling/purchasing items on the exchange.
- ⑥ Damage caused by problems between members regardless of the Company's intervention, such as fraud in the Game
- ⑦ In case of damage such as Account theft due to negligence in managing the Member's Account
9. Recovery Criteria Table
In progress of the Game, recovery of losses caused by your negligence or system error will be governed by the recovery criteria table below.
For things not listed in the table of contents, the General Principles of Recovery will determine whether or to what extent they can be recovered.

* Recovery may be restricted for losses caused intentionally by the user, or for items that violate system settings or may be abused within the Game.

Each itemized recovery is processed based on archived data, and losses for which no record exists cannot be recovered.
* General recovery is possible if less than 15 days have passed since the loss occurred (including the day it happened), but some recovery may not be possible if more than 15 days have passed because it may be difficult or time-consuming to verify the data.
10. Guest Account Policy
1) Guest Account (which allows you to Create some Games) is attached to your device, and Account info may be lost due to actions that may move, lose or tamper with your device's data, such as losing your device, factory resetting, deleting cache and data, etc.
2) If you lose your Guest Account info due to your own carelessness or negligence, such as changing/losing your device, factory reset, deleting cache and data, we cannot help you recover it.
3) The company provides guidance on their official community on how to link your account.
Guest Account may not be operated depending on the company's circumstances.
11. Community Services Operational policy
1) Community means the online space provided by the Company for various opinions and sharing of Info related to the Game Service, and includes external communities provided by the Company related to the Game Service, such as official cafes and SNS.
2) In principle, the Company does not intervene in disputes between members within the community; however, if the dispute between members involves acts that violate the Terms and Operational policies or interfere with the normal operation of the community service, the Company may take necessary measures after reviewing the matter from a neutral position.
3) The Company may Delete, Move, Prohibit Reading, Refuse to Register, etc. without prior notice any of the following items (Text, Picture, Voice, or Info consisting of a combination thereof posted by a Member on the Community).
- Posts containing profanity or abusive language
- Posts that sexually humiliate, disgust, or offend others.
- Postings that violate the rights (including copyrights) of the Company or any third party.
- ④ Posts for the purpose of slandering or defaming others (including personal Att., rumors, etc.)
- Posts that contain personal information about yourself or others (such as your identity, location, contact information, email, etc.
- ⑥ Posts that direct or advertise illegal programs, private servers, etc.
- ⑦ Posts that demean, ridicule, or criticize a particular region, religion, race, disability, etc.
- ⑧ Posts that impersonate the Company, its employees and officials, message board operators, or others associated with the Game service
- ⑨ For-profit advertising posts (product advertising, proxy nurturing, site promotion, giveaways, etc.)
- ⑩ Posts that contain malware or cause system disruption
- ⑪ Posts related to Terms of Service violations
- ⑫ Posts that are inappropriate for the nature of the message board or contrary to the purpose of the community service.

4) The Company may apply sanctions to those who register posts under Paragraph 3 as announced in each community.

Your post may be moved if any of the following apply
- Posts selected as best targets by moderators
- Etc. posts that, in the judgment of the moderators, do not fit the nature of the board
Operational policies may be added/modified/deleted depending on the situation, and any changes will be announced in advance or after the fact.
* The 'Terms of use of the Game Service' shall apply to matters not specified in this Policy and the interpretation of this Policy, and the relevant laws and regulations shall apply to other matters.

4) The Company receives reports of bugs and errors that occur in the Game Service through the CUSTOMER SERVICE and community sites, etc. and endeavors to promptly handle them.
5) The Company may ask you to verify the identity of your Account if it is necessary to protect your Account and stabilize the Game service.
6) The Company, its employees, and operators may provide limited or no answers to questions about updates, development directions, Etc. that cannot be disclosed due to the nature of the Game.
4. Name management criteria
1) "Name" means any type of name (Nickname, Character name, etc.) that a member sets directly to identify a character, Item, organization, etc. within the Game service.

If a Member acquires an Item acquired by another Member in violation of the Terms and Conditions with knowledge of the circumstances or acquires it gratuitously and without knowledge of the circumstances, the Company may recover the relevant Item, and the Company shall not be liable for any compensation and recovery.
6) The sanction reasons and sanctions are based on the Sanction Guidelines in Article 6. However, the sanctions may be weaker than the sanctions set forth in the sanctions table.
7) Even if it is not listed in the sanction table in Article 6, sanctions may be applied for acts that violate the Terms and related laws and regulations according to their severity.

7. Long Term Disconnected Account Policy
1) The Company may Delete Account info or Character name of an Account (hereinafter referred to as "Long Term Disconnected Account") that meets the following conditions for service improvement and smooth Game operation.
- More than 6 months have passed since TwelveSky M1's last Game access date
- End of paid service period of TwelveSky M1
2) If the Company deletes the Account info of a Character in a long-term disconnected Account, the Company will notify the schedule and contents of the Game info deletion in advance through a Notice.
3) Characters and Character names that are Deleted under the Long Term Disconnected Account policy cannot be recovered.
8. recovery policy
1) Loss or change of game usage information (Info such as Items, game money, scores, achievements, Levels, etc. acquired by the member in the process of using the Game service) caused by reasons attributable to the company or technical errors of the Game service can be restored within the limits that do not burden the game balance if it is possible to check the in-game records due to the current technology of the information and communication service.
2) If you are unable to proceed with the quest due to a technical error of the Game service, we will do our best to help you proceed with the quest to the extent that the current technology of the information and communication service allows us to check the in-game records. If necessary, we can recover quest items or change Character Info.
3) Members who wish to recover under Paragraph 1 or 2 must apply for recovery through the CUSTOMER SERVICE within 7 days from the date of loss or change of Game usage Info.
4) The application for recovery under Paragraph 3 must be submitted by the person whose Account info has been lost or changed, and proxy submission by a third party is not allowed.
5) The Company may modify or change the contents of the Game Service through patches or updates if technically necessary for operation, and recovery is limited for modification, change, or deletion of the Member's Game Usage Info caused by such modification, change, or deletion. In addition, paid content may also be modified, changed, or deleted if deemed necessary for game planning or operation (such as game balancing), and at this time, the Company shall compensate the Customer with other items of similar value that can be used within the Game, and the Customer may not make a separate claim for damages in connection with such Company's actions.
6) Loss or change of Game usage Info in each of the following items is not subject to recovery or compensation.

10. Guest Account Policy
1) Guest Account (which allows you to Create some Games) is attached to your device, and Account info may be lost due to actions that may move, lose or tamper with your device's data, such as losing your device, factory resetting, deleting cache and data, etc.
2) If you lose your Guest Account info due to your own carelessness or negligence, such as changing/losing your device, factory reset, deleting cache and data, we cannot help you recover it.

11. Community Services Operational policy
1) Community means the online space provided by the Company for various opinions and sharing of Info related to the Game Service, and includes external communities provided by the Company related to the Game Service, such as official cafes and SNS.
2) In principle, the Company does not intervene in disputes between members within the community; however, if the dispute between members involves acts that violate the Terms and Operational policies or interfere with the normal operation of the community service, the Company may take necessary measures after reviewing the matter from a neutral position.
3) The Company may Delete, Move, Prohibit Reading, Refuse to Register, etc. without prior notice any of the following items (Text, Picture, Voice, or Info consisting of a combination thereof posted by a Member on the Community).
